The IAVI DataSpace integrates a unique clinical, genetic and biological dataset from a sub-Saharan cohort of 1,019 participants (Protocol C) identified and enrolled with early HIV infection (including their suspected transmitting partners, where available). The resulting searchable dataset describes 9,561 clinical visits and links to 154,436 derived samples, reagents and related data. Use the categories below to filter the available metrics (by default, all categories are shown).
IAVI and its partners have conducted numerous observational and epidemiological studies related to HIV vaccine research and development. The Data Warehouse is built using the latest cloud-based warehousing technologies and offers a secure, sustainable and scalable solution able to accommodate new diverse data while maximising its impact and enabling outcomes-driven research. The Data Warehouse currently provides access to data from Protocol C and Protocol G. Data from Protocol N will be added as we further develop the warehouse.
